About The Company

Digital Refresh Networks Pvt. Ltd. (DRN) is a digital-first, marketing solutions company in communication and commerce. The services being offered include designing impactful and appealing content for brands in form of digital films, end-to-end social media management, web content (text, image and video), designing of web & e-commerce platforms, influence marketing and other similar applications – all that is needed by a brand for a strong presence in the digital world. Largely, the nature of business is broken into three parts – monthly retainers (which is the largest contributor to the company’s revenue), value added businesses from roster clients, and one-off client projects. Over a period of time, DRN has had the opportunity to work with large international and Indian brands such as BMW Motorrad, Hindustan Unilever, BIC Cello, Livpure, Bayer, Godrej, Prabhuji Haldiram, among others. A team of over 100 digital experts including Business Development professionals, Account Managers, Copywriters, Visual Artists, Programmers, Search Marketing professionals and Marketplace Management experts who cross functionally or vertical wise contribute to providing solutions depending on the problem or opportunity being addressed, which gives a differentiated edge to DRN in the digital marketing space.

Ravi has 15 years of work experience in client and digital-side business of Digital Marketing. He started his career as web analyst with the core function of search engine optimization. Before co-founding Digital Refresh, he worked for Hungama Digital and was responsible for online marketing. He is currently looking after Business Planning, New Product Development and Training at Digital Refresh. He expertise in SEO, PPC and web analytics. He holds an MCA degree.

Barin Mukherjee

Co-Founder, Digital Refresh Networks Pvt. Ltd

Barin has 15 years of experience in Brand Marketing and Digital Marketing. Before co-founding Digital Refresh, Barin has worked for Times of India, Mahindra & Mahindra group and Hungama. He expertise in Digital Marketing, Digital Strategy and Brand Management. In Feb-2019, he was honoured as 100 smartest Digital Marketing Leaders by CMO Asia.

On Association With TIWPE

I want to share a quick note on how TIW has enabled us to restructure the business which focuses on retainers & up-sell and we have also built BD as a function which delivers. Service as a category has always been linear and now, we are effectively executing non-linearity in the digital space. With the TIW’s support we are creating cost function as independent revenue generators, thereby becoming cost neutral. Now we are accelerating towards the milestones and I am sure of exceeding on what we are aiming at!

I think the largest difference the intervention has done is the clarity on the roles and the overarching clarity for me as a CEO. It has helped us better our operational efficiency through a modular team structure, which reduces dependency on individuals and creates networks within the Company with complimentary skill sets to help deliver better on engagements with brands.
